The number count on the database is now dated owing to more and more companies joining the Fax Preference Service (FPS) whose code we adhere to. We hope to receive updated lists in the near future and when available they will be published. In the meantime to gain a rough figure of available data please discount the numbers shown by 25%.

In terms of pricing, we guarantee an 85% successful delivery rate based on the number of faxes attempted. If the delivery rate falls below 85% we will credit your account with any shortfall up to 85%.

Your own data

You are also welcome to supply your own data. This may include specified fields such as the name of a designated person and company name. We can merge these into a single line header, or any any format you require, for a nominal charge.

By law we must also cleanse your data against the FPS do not fax lists. You will not be charged for this. If your data comprises existing customers with whom you have a relationship, then you can avoid the FPS requirements by giving us a written undertaking that this is the case and indemnifying us against any claims that might arise. Where data is supplied to us the minimum job charge assumes a 90% success rate.
