The following pricing is subject to sighting of the proposed fax advert. All costs are based on the average transmission time not exceeding 40 seconds (enough for most A4 pages). Heavy use of photos or large black areas will slow transmission time down and may result in increased costs.
A minimum job charge of £90 applies. Economies of scale apply so the more faxes that are sent then the lower the unit cost. All pricing is based on an 85% guaranteed successful delivery rate. Should the success rate be higher than 85% then this should be considered a bonus, and if it falls below 85%, we’ll either credit your account against future jobs or process a refund for the shortfall. Where
you supply your own list then the minimum job charge will be
90% of the total job cost based on a 100% success rate. All prices are per fax sent before VAT.

The above prices allow for either day or evening sending. Some companies charge a premium for faxes sent during the day, especially Tuesdays to Thursdays. We do not. We do not send faxes later than 9pm at night, nor before 7am in the morning, unless by specific request to a client supplied list.

Fax Preference Service (FPS) |

All lists are regularly FPS cleansed. Where a supplied list is a client’s own customers, and is not to be FPS cleansed, then we require a written undertaking confirming this, and also indemnifying us against any possible action by the Fax Preference Service should complaints arise.

Discounts – annual spending |

The above prices are per send. If you wish to enter an annual contract, where you plan to send not less than 300,000 faxes over a 12 month period (average 25,000 month), then additional discounts may apply. Call for details.

Payment |
|

All jobs are to be paid in full prior to transmission taking place. Payment may be by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Debit Card or Paypal. Payment may also be by cheque or bank transfer. Following the first 3 or 4 jobs 7 day credit terms may be offered to approved customers. VAT invoices are sent for all jobs along with credit card receipt. |
